What does the signup process look like?
We like to have an introductory conversation with each potential client. This conversation can either be by email or phone according to your preference. Once you’ve chosen a service plan we will send you a personal subscription link and a contract. After signup, you will be matched and introduced to your new assistant!
How am I paired with my assistant?
Matchmaking is our priority. We will make every effort to team you with an assistant based on your individual needs.
How much do your services cost?

How will payments work?
We are a subscription based service. Payments are automatic and recur monthly; a statement will be automatically sent to you at each renewal period. We accept all major credit cards. If you need to make any changes to your account at any time please contact us.
What is your cancellation policy?
We will hate to see you go, but if for any reason you must leave us please make notice 30 days prior to departure. Email us at cancellations@getvirtualsolutions.com.
What hours will my assistant be available?
Our assistants will be available during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. If you need a project completed beyond normal business hours feel free to discuss this with your assistant on a case by case basis.
Will my assistant work on holidays?
It's typical that our assistants observe and take time to recharge on the following days;
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Veterans' Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
- New Year's Eve
- New Year's Day
Where is my sensitive information stored?

Do you have any tips for working with an assistant?
Make communication with your assistant a top priority. Clear instructions and constructive feedback can ensure that everything you leave in your assistant's hands is taken care of to your complete satisfaction.
