Victoria is a lover of yoga, falafel and all things travel. Born in Florida; she has lived in California, North Carolina, Virginia, Germany, and most recently, Spain. She has a degree in Human Nutrition, Food & Exercise and a keen eye for organization and problem-solving. Jeanne is a master organizer with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from The University of New Orleans. She has traveled the country gaining valuable experience in a magnitude of administrative roles. She has since moved back to New Orleans and when she isn't enjoying fabulous food or riding horses, she is taking a detailed eye to all things virtual assistant.
Kelly is a sweets lover, corporate meeting planner by trade and adventurer on the weekend. Originally from upstate New York; she has lived in Northern California, Germany, Manhattan, Vermont, Cleveland, Canada, and Italy since graduation from the University of Vermont. She is serious about details and making the most of your day. Even though Kelly's virtual you will feel her smile!
Nicole is a coffee lover and a yoga addict. Through creating Pro V solutions she was able to combine her passions of helping others, meeting new people, and keeping the organizational dream alive. She has a degree in English, Linguistics and pre-law studies. For over 10 years she's been in customer service and management, and besides parenting her little gentlemen, there is nothing she’d rather do.
Shamira is a natural go-getter and has been able to develop her skills through her varying experiences: marketing and deliverables creation within a HR company, event planning within championship level athletics and sponsorship and day operations for a large beer festival. Her VA experience expands to e-commerce and SEO where she is essentially a unique tool for people to use to sell and market more. In her free time, she is finishing up her degree and taking Pilates and Bodypump classes to stay active!
Hallie has been a Virtual Executive and Personal Assistant since 2008. Her specialities include scheduling, email/calendar management, and pretty much anything her clients don’t want to do!
